We are pleased to announce that the Phase 1 Environmental report came back and looks great. The property has a clean bill of health.

We also received the appraisal report and seems like we are getting a good deal on the property.

We are preparing for a crowd-funding Matching campaign to get us to the finish line - aka the closing date :)

We are pleased to announce that Chabad of SCV has opened escrow on a beautiful property in the SCV.

The property in a block from our current storefront location.

It's 3/4 of an acre with 3 structures that will serve as a Synagogue, Hebrew School, Camp, Teen Lounge, Library, and many other community programs.

This dream can only come to fruition with the partnership of kind and generous people like yourself.
